About Me

This blog draws inspiration from my yoga practice and the classes I am privileged enough to teach. Combining life stories with lessons learned on my mat and at the studio, the mission of this site is to create a positive space in which to inspire myself and others to continue to show up for themselves day after day.

It’s easy to lose sight of why you started your yoga practice or chose to teach.  Join me each week to remind yourself why you are on this path and why you want to continue the journey.

  1. Hi Tori thanks for stopping by my blog it’s nice to meet you through our community. Gosh I just read your story about how you thought you were too tall and not beautiful enough it was really lovely then I saw your photo and thought you were really beautiful and your words are as well. Keep writing my friend and see you out there on the web

  2. Hi Tori! I have been reading your blog through Feedly since before I took a Bikram break 18 months ago, and continued to read it even when I wasn’t practicing. Today after seeing you had liked my two recent posts I clicked through to have a browse now the Bikram flame is burning again, and reading this I realised I had never seen you (or known your name is Tori). Obviously you have continued to grow a very personal website since when I first started reading! Isn’t the internet funny how you can feel a real connection to someone who you read regularly, and then realise how little you know about them 🙂

Anyway I thought now was as good a time as ever to wave hi and say how much I enjoy your views from the podium xx

  3. I have nominated your blog for a Liebster Award! The Liebster Award is a fun way to recognize some of the awesome posts fellow bloggers (like you) are publishing. The award comes with a tradition of sharing a few things about yourself and spreading the love to other bloggers. You can check out what was passed onto me here: http://wp.me/p51Zny-71
